Our Annual Reports summarize a year of accomplishments in advancing cancer care and express heartfelt thanks for the cancer donations and donors that made it all possible. You will also find vital statistics and our financial information for the fiscal year.
The 2008, 2009 and 2010 Annual Reports were published under our previous name: The ASCO Cancer Foundation.

Conquer Cancer raises funds in support of ASCO and Conquer Cancer programs, including a grants program that is run and operated by Conquer Cancer.

The list includes donations pledged between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022, and is based on the best information available at the time of posting. (Note: Donations pledged in 2022 may not be received until 2023. For this reason, the information in this list may not match information provided by donors and supporters, or financial reports published in the ASCO or Conquer Cancer 2022 Annual Reports.) Support is pledged for the specific ASCO or Conquer Cancer program indicated in the list, or for “general mission support.” General mission support includes donations to Conquer Cancer’s Mission Endowment Program. Donations that are not designated for a specific program but are used to advance ASCO’s and Conquer Cancer’s key mission activities.
Donations made to Conquer Cancer in support of its grants program are used to fund grants and awards and distributed by Conquer Cancer to grantees.
Donations to Conquer Cancer for ASCO programs represent only a portion of ASCO’s total revenues.
ASCO first adopted its conflict of interest policy in 1994, and has adopted rigorous procedures to ensure independence in the development of its programs and advocacy positions. For more information, view ASCO's Conflict of Interest Policy Summary.
In April 2010, ASCO signed on to the Council of Medical Specialty Societies (CMSS) Code for Interactions with Companies. This calls for societies and affiliated foundations to disclose donations and support received from companies in the for-profit healthcare sector.
